The JEEZOO 40FT expandable container house is designed to fold into a size easy to ship and expand on-site into a living unit. In folded condition, it measures approximately 11800 × 2200 × 2480 mm, enabling efficient container shipping. Once fully expanded, this unit reaches approximately 11800×6300×2480 mm, offering around 74.34 square meters of usable floor space.
A single unit can fit into a 40HQ container. We build every unit in a strictly controlled factory environment, with a reinforced steel frame, insulated wall systems, and pre-installed electrical and plumbing fittings already in place. All these integrated features make the unit perfectly suitable for both residential living and project-based housing applications.
