6.0mm thick steel: High Quality for Your Customization
We build to a higher standard to ensure long-term durability. For our 40ft custom container house, we use a 6.0mm thick steel main frame. Most factories only use 4.0mm steel for their structures. This makes our unit weigh 2.4 tons, while others often weigh only 1.6 tons.
A heavier frame is the foundation for deep customization. The extra strength allows you to add larger panoramic windows and heavier interior materials without losing stability. It also ensures the house remains level and leak-proof when units are stacked or combined. By choosing a 6.0mm frame, you get the structural integrity needed to turn complex design ideas into a safe reality.
