JEEZOO Expandable Container House Packing & Shipping

How Expandable Container Houses Are Packed & Loaded for Shipping | Factory Process

Before shipment, every expandable container house goes through a strict packing and container loading process, it ensure safe international transportation from China. As a professional expandable container house manufacturer, we protect both interior fittings and external walls during folding, lifting, and shipping.

Taking the 20ft expandable container house as an example, the central folded space is efficiently used to store furnishings, like kitchen cabinets, furniture, and air conditioners. This smart packing method maximizes container space and helps reduce international shipping costs for customers.

During the folding stage, wall panels, electrical switches, and interior fittings are carefully protected with foam boards, bubble wrap, it can protect them from scratches or damage during shipping.

When lifting the unit, the four crane lifting points on the steel frame are covered with protective cardboard to prevent friction damage from hooks and lifting equipment. To enable the house to slide more easily into the container, we install six rollers at the bottom and eight rollers on the sides of the expandable container house. These rollers help the unit slide smoothly into the container and reduce the risk of collision.

Through this standardized packing and loading process, our expandable container houses can be shipped safely to customers worldwide.
