Expandable Container House Vinyl Floor Installation Process

Floor installation is an important process in the manufacturing our expandable container homes, as the flooring determines both the load-bearing capacity and the living comfort. Before laying the flooring materials, we inspect the base frame to ensure it is perfectly level and soild.

The flooring system is constructed in two layers. The first layer uses 14mm-thick bamboo plywood as a substrate. This is laid down and securely fastened to the base frame with screws, and establishs a soild foundation. Once this first layer is firmly secured, clients have two options for the surface flooring material: vinyl flooring or SPC flooring.

Taking vinyl flooring as an example, this flooring is non-slip and wear-resistant, and easy to clean and maintain. During the installation process, our experienced technicians first apply a layer of adhesive to the substrate, and then laying the vinyl flooring. This prevents the formation of gaps or structural shifting over the course of long-term use.
