2.4 m Internal Ceiling with 75 mm Graphene EPS Composite Panels
The collapsible container homes has an internal ceiling height of 2.4 m, providing a practical and comfortable open-plan living space. This ceiling height is designed for the Australian market, where 2.4 m is the standard minimum height for habitable rooms, subject to local building regulations and project approval.
The ceiling system consists of a 75 mm graphene-enhanced EPS carbon-crystal composite panel with a 2 mm FRP facing. It provides effective thermal insulation, helping reduce heat transfer and maintain a stable indoor temperature in both hot and cold climates.
Reinforced Multi-Layer Roof Waterproofing
While conventional roof waterproofing may rely mainly on joint sealing and butyl tape, Jeezoo uses a reinforced multi-layer waterproofing system to provide more reliable, long-term protection against water penetration.
Our flat roof is protected by a multi-layer waterproofing system:
- Roof joints and gaps are carefully sealed and reinforced with butyl tape.
- Two layers of branded waterproof coating are applied to form the primary waterproof barrier.
- Waterproof non-woven fabric is added for reinforcement.
- A third waterproof coating is applied as the final protective layer.
